Budget & Accountability Reports

Below are various reports that may be helpful for the public to understand.  Some of them are also required by law to be posted on this website.  The Kansas State Department of Education has reports for the state and individual districts in Kansas.  Click here for access to these reports from KSDE.

The Board of Education and USD 350 staff work hard to operate the district in an efficient manner while providing an effective education for students.  We try to be very transparent and provide sufficient information for the public.  You may contact the district office for further information or questions.

Form 150

Form 150 shows the calculations used to build the budget for the year.  State statute requires school districts to publish this form on a website.

July 1 Cash Balance

This form shows the cash balances of each fund on July 1.  Schools must carry a cash balance to pay expenses in the fall months before revenue is collected.  You will see that the General Fund has a negative balance.  This is because the state pays the final aid payment in July but it is receipted into June's books.

One Page Summary

This is another document that is required by state law to be published on the district website.  Facts and figures related to the budget are presented here.
