Ida Long Goodman Memorial Library provides several special programs. The library makes these programs available to clubs, home, school, and other organizations. If you would like more information about these programs or interested in scheduling, please contact the library.

School Programs

  • Tiger Books at home Reading Log program for PK-1st grade- Students fill out a Reading Log and receive a free book
  • Tiger AR Reading Incentives program- Students read and take AR tests to gain points and earn prizes
  • Tiger Tots- Library Story Time for birth to Pre-K children- 2nd and 4th Wed each month 10:00-10:30. No registration required
  • Lego Club- Contact Library for more information
  • Dolly Pardon Imagination Library- Monthly Free Books for Birth to 4 year olds- Sign up now 

Adult Programs

  • Lunch and Learns- Contact Library for more information and registration
  • Adult Craft Nights- Contact Library for more information and registration
  • Cover to Cover Book Club- 1st Monday of each Month at 10:00
